During my stay, I loved that I could easily stroll to the beautiful Pearson Metropark, just a little over 2 km away, to enjoy the natural scenery, and the downtown area with fascinating attractions like the Col. James M. Schoonmaker Museum Ship was only 4 km away, making it super convenient for my weekend city explorations. I also appreciated the friendly service during breakfast, which kick-started my days on the right foot.

Our room was spacious and clean. The whirlpool tub was functional and definitely a treat after a long day. I really appreciated the modern feel of the room, especially the comfy bed. It was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest well.

The motel had a lovely breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. However, the overall feel was more outdated than we anticipated.

The staff was accommodating in helping us switch rooms quickly.

The air conditioning in our second room did not work properly, making our stay uncomfortable.

I spent 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and found the beds quite comfortable, allowing for good rest after long days. The room had some nice modern upgrades, but the bathroom showed signs of age, which could use some attention for cleanliness. Overall, it was a cozy stay, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms needs to be improved to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is dated. plumbing issues and hallway cleanliness left much to be desired. I also encountered a problem with the TV and the breakfast options were limited.

It was a great spot to unwind after our long days of exploring. The only downside was that the breakfast options could’ve been a bit more varied, but overall, we really loved our stay! 😊

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the access to nearby attractions like the Toledo Zoo and Ottawa Park Golf Course. The rooms were clean and recent upgrades were evident, making our time with the kids more comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, they really need to improve the breakfast variety for families.
